This quotation was regularly heard, when a complex question appeared and it shows first of all your great expertise and second your generosity of sharing your knowledge anytime. 
With your patient and precise way of explaining, you taught me a lot methodically but also your way of collaboration with the business partners and with us in HQ, was a best practice.
We always tried to make "a short call" which ended up longer than we thought but the time couldn't have been "invested" any more meaningful :-)
