Ever since I was young, I felt constant pressure from my parents. I was always compared to my so-called “genius” cousins. No matter how hard I tried, it felt like I was never enough. My siblings and I learned early how to manage our own money. I committed to living simply — cutting unnecessary expenses, cooking instead of ordering out, doing laundry instead of paying for it, reusing clothes instead of buying new ones all the time. I focused on buying quality over luxury, knowing it would save more in the long run. Every paycheck, I set aside a portion for savings and investments. Then the pandemic came. While many pulled back, I saw an opportunity. I studied the market, took calculated risks, and made bold but informed decisions. I even took out a loan — not to splurge, but to invest. Eventually, I was able to pay that off, and what I built from it continues to grow. I’ve managed to secure the essentials — insurance, long-term funds, and a sense of financial peace. Even now, I still choose to work — not because I need to, but because I don’t want to touch what I’ve built. I use my income only for my everyday expenses. And more importantly, I continue to pray, and I give back whenever I can. Every year, I quietly support causes I believe in — especially those who genuinely need help. I believe good karma returns in ways we don’t always see. But here’s what people don’t know: No one really understands how hard it was to get here. They see me as too aggressive. They see me as negative. But the only thing I know is this — I’ve already done it. I went through it. And I made it. This isn’t for attention. This isn’t about pride. It’s just a reminder that you don’t need a huge starting point to build something meaningful. Make good decisions while it’s still early — so when life throws you big choices, you’re ready. Not scared — but prepared.

I picked up a healthier hobby this year, and I think my endurance has improved - I don't get out of breath as quickly when I go up the stairs anymore.

GRIND, PAUSE, REPEAT. In spite the busy work schedule and tons of deliverables, I was able to do something beneficial for my well-being, i.e. had some vacation days to pause and reflect, and had a flu shot for stronger immunity and a healthier version of myself. Now, I'm ready for another grind. :)

Overcoming a worst moment in my life early this year is indeed my biggest win. Prayer really works. To everyone, work hard and be healthy.
