    But instead, succrently, Talyor brought another problem instead of solving the current one. He called Crane to come to the office on his anniversary and in the course of time, Crane got an accident that he cannot help them even on the next day.
    Halberstam wants the situation to be solved even by a little step.
    However, instead of little solution or help, she receives emotional and stressful feedback from Taylor. This makes her lost in thought as well and to rethink his leadership.

    in the case study, Taylor is already in a situation that he cannot avoid the problem. He now need to make the right decisions to minimize the damage, and provide data and infomration to Jim to explain why, they are in this situation, and what they have done to minimize the impact of it. 
    - Currently he is lacking data and information from his team to be able to make those decisions and provide the relevant data to Jim..

    He ignored Taylor´s last year email when Taylor already highlight the possible supply chain issues. He didn’t show responsibility that time and now he wants magical results from Tayler and in this lieu, he is calling him, writing him mails and putting him under pressure from all sides.

    The stakeholders want Taylor to find a solution to an issue that cannot be fixed by human action, but even after he forced his subordinate to leave his anniversary dinner, the forces of nature continued to work against them until they finally failed. There are too many expectations coming from all directions, and they are all in the name of getting a promotion that isn't even certain. I believe what the cleaning implied when she said that you can't solve everything, in the prioritization and delegation of things. Susan wants a better life, and even though that is her own need, it is a want because if Taylor loses his job, everything is gone.
