I’ve been to many places within California but I wasn’t able to encounter a building that truly took my breath away. In the future I plan to return to California, specifically Los Angeles to see the Sheats Goldstein Residence. By looking at the pictures, it gives me a sense of nostalgia and this feeling that I belong in a building like this. However, I am not one to be fond of homes with windows that allow everything inside to be seen, this house is an exception. The jungle-like surrounding makes you feel like you’re one with nature while being inside a modern building. Although I am not a fan of the color white, this building makes me forget why I don’t like the color. The purity it radiates gives me a sense of cleanliness. And the detail of the this temple is so impressive I can’t help but be in awe of its astonishing decor.
