2. Eric Yeo of TE our manager (or through June) to see if they want to insert TSP materials for 200 pax – Yes, Eric has agreed to give their TSP materials.

3. Clement of GPL for GPL publicity materials – Clement has agreed to provide some collaterals.

4. write to PIAR Kamsinah (ask Idah) to say we wish to buy the NIE recyclable conference bags if they don’t practice a policy of giving free as they are also accountable for it. – PIAR will be able to sponsor the NIE Corporate Bags. So, we will not need to use our funds to pay for it. Jan 22

Instructions for Oral Presentations from Edulearn

Oral presentations instructions:
- Presentations must be delivered in English.
- Each presentation is 15 minutes long. It is recommended to use 12 minutes to present and 3 minutes for discussion/questions.
- The equipment available will be PC, Data Projectors and microphones. The PC will have sound to facilitate the use of DVD clips or videos.
- The session PCs will have Internet access.
- The recommended file type to be used for presentations is PowerPoint or Portable Document Format (PDF).
- The presentation files should be brought on a USB, memory stick, CD, or a similar memory device.
- Speakers are requested to upload their presentation on to the session PC and report to the session chair 15 minutes before the start of the session.
- All presenters will be introduced to the audience by the session chair.
- As the total duration of your presentations is 15 minutes, the recommended number of slides for your PowerPoint file is 15.
