IGA has grown up, we have passion, collaboration, we work because of the patients, we cannot be everything to everybody, we care, and we need to be focused on where we can make more difference.

How do we feel as a team?

We feel pressure and stress, there are a lot of expectations, there is fear, and we are overwhelmed with the burden that we need to do everything because of different circumstances. We need to be seen, appreciated, understood, and to cooperate with the board on a higher level.

We need to see care, trust, team work, ownership, values, responsibility, connection to the IGA and between each other, identity as a board, to be the face of IGA, to be proactive, to follow through and be cohesive as a board and with the team.

We are visible, we suffer; if it does not happen, it is we who are the face of it. We need to stop doing everything and think of the worst that can happen if we do not do something. We need to choose what we can leave and what to continue to do with our resources.
