I think this is important because it declared that a minority could prosper in the US without persecution. However, discrimination will always exist, and it can't be stopped.

This is also important because it means that the United States government is separating itself from out-of-date religious principles, most likely put in a reprint by the author for personal gain. (There are no original texts from the bible, at least no yet. Oldest we have are Dead Sea Scrolls, which is the Hebrew Bible, not Christian.)

It is important because while it wasn't the first rover NASA built to go to Mars, it was much more successful than its predecessor Sojourner.

This is also important because while it does show its age, it has lasted far longer than any other Mars rover, at least for now. (It was intended to last 90 days, but lasted far beyond that date, which shows its quality and effort that was put into Curiosity.)

This is important because it showed that it did not discriminate against people who's recent heritage was from someplace else in the world.

It also showed that people can be who they are, putting aside gender, race, disabilities, age, or more. At least for a presidential position.

It had a magnitude of 7.0 and lead to the deaths of around 100,000-316,000 people. This is important because  it shows that we should be grateful for what we have and who we are.

It is also important because it was an earthquake that is ranked as some of the most brutal earthquakes ever recorded. This is why it shall never be forgotten, at least not in a history book.

I think this is important because they killed someone who caused a great tragedy to the United States. (I.E. 9/11 Terrorist Attacks). So for him to finally be executed would be a very historical moment for the US.

It also would have possibly stopped future terrorist attacks. This is good because the future maybe would be at least a tint brighter than with the attacks.

It showed the United States that a natural disaster could happen at any time, and they should act very gingerly to make sure it will not happen again. (It also affected the Caribbean).

It should also be remembered in a textbook because it was one of the most costliest and deadliest natural disasters for the US. the economy poured down because of repairs.

It was done by making pressure cooker bombs, which are considered IEDs. While it is just another terrorist attack, I think it should be mentioned in a textbook because of its motives.

The attack was conducted by an American anarchist. Anarchists are people who are against government and it ways of acting on it. These were extremists, and decided to bomb the finish line of the marathon, killing 6 and injuring 280 people.

Ebola had existed fat longer than from 2014. It just exploded because the Ebola River had been contaminated with the virus. It causes a brutal fever that killed to just thousands of Africans, but also visitors and immigrants.

This should be remembered as a historical outbreak of once was was once a disease the thawed out later. It is horrifically amazing that such a disease that was gone for many years could return as such a massive outbreak. It should be placed in some medical history books and just general history books in general.

This changed astrology in our solar system for many people interested in space and its mysteries. It was voted to be a dwarf planet almost unanimously.

This is important because this was a debate in science for many years. Now that it could be put to rest is a great deal, and it shows that humanity can decide on an issue quite easily as well as it could be very split. It is also important because it is now considered scientific fact that Pluto is a dwarf planet.

As much as I despise the iPhones, at the time, they were amazing technology and had some of the most absurd amounts of advertising I have ever seen. This is important because while it wasn't the first smartphone, it definitely revolutionized the industry of them.

It also put up a new standard of technology. It won many awards, and inspire many people to go out of their way of Apple and make their own technology and products. They also recycled the same product over and over again with saturated advertisements, but that's besides the point.
