We must learn to accept our mistakes, however, take into account the position of other people towards the problem and take into account their opinion in order to reach a conclusion, always talk about the problem that is being presented without talking about the past that could offend people and not come to conclude anything, having a good attitude towards the conflict is not on the defensive, being very clear and conscientious according to what you want to talk or dialogue about the problem and always be willing to change if you are committing a error.
