Two months later she grew significantly ill and went to another doctor across town. It was here that she was rushed to get a scan after being told she had symptoms that were consistent with acute heart failure. According to her current GP, these symptoms would have detectable for several months, and it was an outrage to the health system that she was neglected the tests or consideration for immediate treatment. The woman has been offered compensation for the cost of treatment and the time she had missed at her job as a litigator due to the fatigue she has been experiencing for several months. The L-plater panicked and accelerated, crashing into a car being driven by an old lady who was 10kmh over the limit. Both cars suffered significant damage. The L-plater’s driving instructor was using their phone at the time. The driver who honked their horn drove off immediately, however witnesses recorded their license number. Neither the L-plater or the old lady have insurance.
