But in the end those weren’t helpful and those people are left feeling worse than before. Here’s a few healthy tips to lose weight:<br>-cut down on your intake of sugary drinks!<br>-eat a healthy, balanced meal 3x a day (whole grains, dairy, fruits, veggies etc.!)<br>-don’t eat until you’re full, eat until you’re no longer hungry.<br>-eat food slower<br>-eat smaller portions<br>-exercise more frequently. Do yard work, walk a pet, or exercise for fun.<br>These are a just a few tips to losing weight easier! </div>]]></description>
