I have found it challenging to help my local district when we are able to do things, but have been told we cannot have the access to do it. This makes things very frustrating when we have to escalate issues and then it takes much longer to solve the issue than it would if we locally were able to fix it right then and there.

As educational programs and technology continue to become more complex and grow both internally and externally, we need to add more specialized personnel to help support this.
