I worked on my own. And little by little I had to acknowledge that if I wanted my actions to be sustainable I had to work with my colleagues even though they were not eager to work with European partners. They feared the problem of language and it seemed to them that it was complicated. That is why I first started with the teachers I knew well and we shared one small and humble project to reassure them. It went so well that we've never stopped since 2015.
Today our school is involved in an eTwinning project which became an Easmus + project. ....
We have computer rooms in our school and videoprojector. It was not too difficult to get pupils work and exchange. We still have some difficulty really collaborating that is why I organize every school year a trip to our partners' school to be sure they have a complete experience.
