Firstly, Alhamdulillah, I am grateful to the divine presence, with His abundance and grace as well as the blessing of time, life and energy bestowed upon me, I was also able to successfully complete this course work assignment. In addition, I would like to express my gratitude to the IPG lecturer at Raja Melewar Campus, Dr. Khairul Aini binti Mohamed as the lecturer who taught me this effective communication in English (GEEC1052) course. This is because, she has guided me a lot in completing the tasks given without feeling exhausted. This task has successfully completed!
