         <title>It is important that each teacher utilizes his/her strengths to provide whole instruction.  It is okay not to have the instruction look exactly alike. P.S.  I really liked the chart that had all the responsibilities presented.  It is great in facilitating clear communication/expectations.  </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Even after some time spent with a co-teacher, you still learn and change with time and exposure to new things. I found the delegated roles organizer to be very helpful. Being intentional about planning and thinking through those small pieces can really help the success of the relationship early on. </div>]]></description>
