Does it bum you out when you copy and paste something into a document only to have to waste precious time changing the format? 

Well, here's a solution for you that changed my life.

When you copy an item using "ctrl+c" you can paste it into a new document using the format of that new document by using "ctrl+shift+v" instead of just "ctrl+v".

When writing a new IEP, many times the goal that you put in the first box doesn't always transfer to the goal page. Whatever doesn't make it into the goal doesn't transfer to the I-6 page either. Many have stopped using the box for that reason.
