A thing I can do to ensure that everyone feels safe in our classroom and community is to come into the classroom and discussions with an open mind because everyone has different view points and norms in their own perspective communities. I can also keep everything discussed in the class, inside of the classroom and not use it as fuel to spread rumors because that is silly and mean. Participating in the discussions could also make others in the class feel more confident in their ability to share their ideas and viewpoints on a matter. If one person is vulnerable, then other people will be more willing to be vulnerable and speak up to participate as well.

I think it's important that everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts without judgment. We should listen respectfully and treat each other with kindness. For me to do my best, I need a supportive environment where I can ask questions and express my ideas.

One of the most important things I need to do my best is clear communication. I think it is important for expectations to be clearly stated so that everyone can do their best work and take advantage of opportunities. It is also important to communicate feedback in general so that we can grow as a community and improve. Another important factor in my success is a respectful class community. This means that everyone should feel welcome to share their ideas, and we do this by acknowledging everyone's contributions and supporting them.

To be my best self, I need to be more confident in myself and ask more questions. I usually do not answer questions in class, so I want to do that more often as I believe it will help my ability to learn. I am also able to learn better when I have something visual to see, so I will write down things that might be confusing to me so that if I need to be reminded of the directions I can look at my notes.

To be my best self, I need to remind myself that even when I'm swamped with work or have a lot of things on my to-do list that procrastinating will just make it worse. Another important thing for me is respect in the classroom.

To be my best self, and for our class to be a safe and respectful enviroment, we need to listen to others. Giving everyone an opportunity to contribute and be a part of the convorsation makes it so everyone has equal importnace.
