The snow has gone above and beyond my wigwam, and when i went outside with my dad to go and get some birch bark because we need some new utensils, it sort of caved in and I almost literally got turned into an ice cube! I made a fire but it was too cold, and it didn't start with the kindling that i gathered last night. Also, guess what? i found a mole hole that was out of the window and I put on some extra buckskin coats and a torch from the summer haka dances, then I dug my way up to the top. I am so hungry I wish I could have some beans and corn, unfortunatly there was no food to find unless I went searching for.
Suddenly, something come running up to me holding a knife, I ran because I thought it would attack but she was holding seeds, she also had some corn in her hand . “Give it me!” I said
"Give what to you?” The grandma said
"THE CORN!”
"Ok”
I ate the corn fast.
"Anyway I said what’s your name?” I asked
"I don’t have a name.” She said ”I am also a Babushka.”
"What’s a Babushka!?” I asked in amazement
"A Babushka means Grandma.”
"OK.”
I looked away because there was a loud crash, but it was just a big rock. I looked back, and she was gone. But she left the seeds on the ground.
Meanwhile I started to try and find some water tha was close by, I found some behind a hill made of dirt. After bringing some water back to my adobe brick house
I planted the seeds that where for the corn. After the seeds were planted I watered them. Days went by, and weeks passed until after 7 months all the hard work payed off, I had corn for days but I also needed beans. I did not find any beans so I decided to just make some potttery I made some bowls out of clay. I baked it in the hornos in the corner of the room.
I started harvesting the corn with a knife.
