During the session Mr. Amin underlined the significance of providing our guests with a smooth and inviting check-in experience. He gave a step-by-step guidance on how to efficiently manage guest check-ins

While my supervisor, Ms. Fatihah, placed a strong emphasis on product knowledge, which gave me the knowledge I needed to improve the guest experience

It was my first morning shift I started working at 7 AM and finished at 3 PM

The first task of the day was to check with the night shift team to receive any handover notes, if any my colleagues from the night shift provided a detailed handover

After confirming the details, need print copies of the arrival list. These copies were handed to the Rabbit Park teams and the entryway

When employees or guests turn in found items, they are entered into the Lost & Found database. The log includes a full description of the object, the date it was discovered, the area where it was discovered, and the identity of the person who reported it
