Without a doubt it was a very interesting reading article, because in this one key aspects of the teaching-learning process in children were shown.

Personally, I would like to share what for me are the highlights at this stage:

1. Acquiring the new language in a natural and unconscious way. I believe that this is the best way to do it, their mind is not focused on rules or concerned with pronouncing well or not, rather they in their innocence are capturing and internalizing in their mind, and in due time they will make use of the language.

2. They have all the time in the world. Infants don't have to worry about work, household chores, or other activities. They have so much time to learn it, so if the learning is continuous and with a good program it will undoubtedly help the acquisition to be faster.

3. Acquisition is better than learning. When this happens, they are more likely to achieve a better pronunciation and perception of the language and culture, so taking advantage of it from an early age will make it so that in their later stages of their life it will not be so complicated.

Additional as teachers in the teaching of English it is essential to remember the main stages of a child's life and the possible achievements they can achieve:

1. Period of silence: This alludes to the stage of a baby, when they only look, listen and communicate by gestures or facial expressions

2. Beginnings: Emits single words or short phrases, can make use of memorization.

3. Development: Construction of memorized words with attachments of new vocabulary, over time children begin to create more complete sentences.

Without a doubt, learning a language from "early childhood" is much better than learning it as adults, even the Brains Nursery School of Madrid (2016) explains that:

"Children who start learning English from an early age develop their brains so that:

- Have greater ability to concentrate

- Have greater agility and problem-solving ability

- Can perform multiple tasks at the same time

- They make more connections between different concepts

- Improves attention and memory"

References
</sub>

BNSM, B.

As children grow and develop, learning a new language loses its naturalness. It is at this stage that learning is most elaborate and connected by experience and familiarization. When the brain has matured (approximately at age 12) we have to consider that learning is done at its own pace, and if it has constant stimuli as in the family, the results are better. Even as teachers, the methods and didactics that we use will result in the facilitation of learning.

Learnign styles:

Verbal

Visual

Musical

Physical

Logical-Mathematical

Social

Solitary

Combination

Reference:

Barrera, A. (Cambridge,2021)

One of the most important aspects for me that I liked about this course, was that it is essential to establish a good relationship with my students, because that helps them to:

- Support students adjustment to school
-Contribute to the develop of their skills
- Promote academic performance
-Foster students' resiliency
-etc

And it is that all students go through different circumstances or problems inside the house. That is why as a teacher it is important that I not only focus on giving the class but also that I can get to know them.

It reminds me of a movie on Netflix where the teacher plays a group of "young rebels,” but she is extremely interested and makes her students better citizens and students.

By Cambridge Dictionary https://dictionary.cambridge.org/es-LA/dictionary/english

INCLUSIVE EDUCATION:
"Is the most effective way to give all children a fair chance to go to school, learn and develop the skills they need to thrive" (UNICEF,2021)

That means:

ALL CHILDREN IN THE SAME CLASSROOM, IN THE SAME SCHOOLS

In our days more schools are inclusive, that is, they allow students of all types of nationality, sex, race, orientation, religion, color, etc. And although all that is incredibly good, I personally believe that already individually as teachers all this should be considered.

I think of this this way, because a school may be inclusive, but sometimes it is the teachers who due to their prejudices or culture do not apply inclusivity in students.

How important it is that we can all respect each other and that they value people as they are.

Assesment vs Evaluation.

Assesment: This is concerned as the micro-level, It can be seen as the measurement of student learning.

My strategy would fall on the natural method of learning the first language, that is, the development of each of the skills, depending on their age and circumstances, these would be:

-Listening

-Understanding

-Speaking

-Reading

-Writing

I know that this is not new, but I consider it to be the best method. On the contrary I think I should add that the groups should be reduced so that the teacher can help each of them, the classes should be dynamic, 100% English with novel tools and technologies. But at an affordable cost so that many can learn.

If it comes to Information Technology, I believe that my school should invest in a dynamic and attractive platform that can help in the learning and development of students, according to their age.
