I liked the bright lights, colors, light weight, movable flexible seating, Mural on wall and low book shelves. Also writable surfaces.

I really like the quality and diverse options that Franklin Interiors provided this district. Many unique collaboration areas. They had a sound booth, cafe run by their library club, and fishbowl areas with lots of digital presentation options.

After the renovation, they kept a quiet space for reading and the "book" room. 5,000 titles of fiction in print for 1,300 students.

Seneca had colored zones to make it easy for teachers to sign up for spaces. They also had one large colored zone that could accommodate a whole class, equipped with a smart board as well.

I have been interviewing students this past week as to what they would like to add to our library. Many have said real animals😬. Love the idea of built in fish tanks! Even though I’d be on board for a library puppy

The 3D printers were easily accessible to the students (on low lying desks, not shelves) . I also like how the resin is displayed, showing off the colors.

At Pine Richland I really liked that the maker space was an addition to the Library. The one thing that I would change about it would be to for the wall to be all glass. I also liked the circulation desk was off to the right when you walked in. Another feature I liked was the comfortable furniture.

Comfy and mobile seating has been a big request as well! I like that this could be moved around the library to allow for different areas of the library to have instruction.

I like how they covered the overhead lighting. It calmed the room down, and added a nice aesthetic.

Bench seating is effective for collaboration with groups of students. These seemed easy to care for and clean.

I like the idea of having a recording booth/studio of sorts. Maybe not enough room in the library at CS but our Stage could use a glow-up and there is room-- could be used at a performance space.
