Hello, my name is Sierra, and I invite you to read, encounter and enjoy my project. Here, I will embark and continue to explore certain topics during this course and my clinical course which holds personal meaning to me. I have chosen to apply relation inquiry to five focus areas: health promotion, breastfeeding, the stigma of mental health, leadership and collaboration in nursing care, and depression. The complex interplay of human life, the world and nursing practice is relational inquiry (Doane & Varcoe, 2020). By using relational inquiry, I am able to help patients by seeing their perspectives and feelings and seeing them as a person and not just the problem they are facing. By going through each concept, I will be able to teach you and allow you to gain an understanding of how these concepts are related and will help with families in the community.

I chose to discuss health promotion due to how important it is to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and those in our communities. health-promoting is a nursing practice based on a behavioral perspective includes secondary and primary prevention, and emphasis is given to changing behaviors and lifestyle (Doane & Varcoe, 2020). Health promotion projects in nursing address issues and focus on being able to prevent or manage the behavior change of those with the issues we are trying to address. Health promotion is more than just awareness, it is about providing people with the knowledge and skills to make better choices and focusing on prevention rather than treatment.

By focusing on both emotional and physical aspects of health, I was addressing the needs of the members of the group, offering them the support, good conversation, education and community they need to improve their wellbeing. In many cultures breast feeding is seen as a very important way to nourish and build a bond with the infant. Benefits for breastfeeding imply a balance of the right proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and carbs that the infant needs to grow, it promotes bonding and helps the mother from postpartum recovery.

This poster shows how breastfeeding can help with reducing sids and help with the weight of the baby. It helps with leukaemia and decreases the risks of it in childhood. It decreases the risk depression for mothers and breast cancer. Infections could be decreased by breastfeeding.

I have chosen to create an art piece that examines the several methods of knowing and forms of inquiry that spoke to me when I was making my artwork. I was able to focus on the mental health component of this course and influence the piece's emotional tone by applying my empirical knowledge to comprehend the difficulties nursing students encounter and their mental health through literature and discussions. Because nurses experience burnout and mental health issues just as much as patients do, I was able to comprehend the significance of mental health, and the stigma associated with it thanks to my ethical understanding. I can speak to the fact that nurses frequently feel burnout because of my personal experience working in long-term care, but like the flowers in my artwork symbolize, it's all about overcoming obstacles and growing stronger. I was able to examine the emotional toll of providing care through interpretive inquiry, and the ribbon and flowers in my artwork serve as potent symbols of mental health awareness. Furthermore, a more thorough analysis of cultural norms and the stigma associated with mental health patients was made possible by critical inquiry. The relationship between a nurse's personal mental health needs and their duty in providing care for others is reflected in my artwork. My artwork promotes mental health and emphasizes the value of helping nurses and students.

Leadership and collaboration in nursing is all about the ability of nurses to influence a guide other to achieve the major and minor goals for our patients. Leadership involves the cultivation of a forward-thinking vision, the alignment of individuals, and the. Motivation and inspiration of others (Doane & Vacore, 2020). Leadership and collaboration are displayed in nurses such as charge nurses, Nps and doctors. As we saw in clinical every decision is made by a team. If a new medication is administered, it is a team decision. We watched the nurses, the charge nurses, the doctors and social workers together make decisions. For me, leadership is crucial for my nursing practice.

Depression plays roles with both genetic and environmental factors.
