• May – Commitment: This month emphasizes dedication, responsibility, and follow-through. Learners focus on staying true to their goals, putting in consistent effort, and honoring their responsibilities.

• June – Initiative: Learners are encouraged to take proactive steps, think independently, and act without needing to be prompted. Initiative fosters leadership, creativity, and a willingness to seize opportunities.

Together, these values support the development of determination, as learners build the confidence to act (courage), the discipline to persist (commitment), and the motivation to lead (initiative).
