- Leaders must be charismatic and confident. Poor posture and habits must be eliminated. Speech must be made more meaningful and direct.
- Do not settle for the daily work routine, always try to make connections with people, personally or work wise. Be well-liked by peers.
- Emails should be short and to the point, respect people's time. Grammar and syntax should all be correct and easy to read.
- Overdressing in most environments will help. Makes you look more presentable and sharp. Do not downgrade your looks with one piece of bad clothing. 
- By doing more harder jobs and leading more difficult projects when given the one may obviously be put in a better place to getting promoted and compensated.
