         <description><![CDATA[<div>The types of laws that we would need is everybody who dives a flying car to have a diploma in avionics or at least a second licence for aviation. Flying cars would have to have no fly zones put in place, because if drivers go too fast it could cause noise issues and problems. There would also be a need for car shut down  ranges to not repeat events like 9/11. Take offs and landings would probably be taken very seriously or nearly as seriously as helicopters.</div>]]></description>
