During the STICH event, Refugees Empowerment International (REI) would like to host a bake sale. The funds that we raise will be sent to REI which supports individual refugees with education, raising their living standards so that the refugees can provide back to the hosting community. The food that we will offer is inspired by traditional sweets from Cambodia which is currently hosting 70% of Venezuelan migrants. This is rather unknown and we need to raise awareness. 

Within our booth, we would like permission to raise posters, so people are able to see/read about our club. 

For this however we would need permission for kitchens on the second floor, during Monday from 4pm. Please take this as our sincere attempt to try to help refugees and improve on our club. We are aware it is October 11th and of the time constraints, however we have dedicated members that are willing to make it within time constraints on Monday the 10th within 3 hours. 

We of course will be covering the costs incurred for the raw materials, and Mr. Kashima will be watching over us the whole time.
