3. Have policies on some sort of cyclic review where they are reevaluated

4. When staff set goals they align them to features of the relevant policy

5. Any creation of review of a policy includes the participation of the entire learning community

6. Ask teachers to align to their annual learning goals to elements of the respective policies 

7. Involve students (e.g., school council)
