         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Clinical research shows that dairy products have little to no benefits for bones in children and adults <br><br>A study has been conducted where researchers tracked diets, physical activity, stress fracture occurrences of young girls and determined that calcium and dairy products don’t benefit bones or prevent fractures.<br><br>In the film <em>What the Health, </em>it talked about how consumption of dairy products has been linked to higher risks for numerous cancers. It has also been linked to prostate and breast cancers.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Examples of processed meat are hot dogs, ham, sausages, corned beef, beef jerky and as well as can based meat. <br><br>According to Global Burden of Disease Project which is an independent academic research organization, saw that about        34 000 cancer deaths per year worldwide are correlated to diets high in processed meat.</div>]]></description>
