I hope there will be support for principals to grow and not “clog” the pipeline by reverting to things we are good at and not delegating to others. I don’t know if that makes sense but this is something many of us struggle with. This work is daunting but gives hope that we will become effective system leaders and not burn out from exhaustion from doing too many things and none of them very well. I look forward to being a part of this important work!
