But at the same time, this accommodation shouldn’t be at the cost of inconvenience of other workers in the company. I would provide accessible entrances, use closed captioning when possible, and meet with individuals to ensure how I can beat meet their needs. I will require training for the rest of the employees (I actually completed this in my internship). BRGs or ERGs can also be a great resource to promote inclusion and a safe space for shared experiences.
