The main character Logan changes through out the book. At the beginning of the book he doesn't talk to any one about what happened or about anything. He stays that way for most of the book but starts to open up when him and Laurel begin talking, and in the end he is much more open to people than in the beginning.

The theme of "This is What I Did" is that you should always talk to someone. This is because all through out the book Logan dos't talk to any one about what happened, but when he talks to people towards the end of the book he feels better and even contacts the person who he felt like he couldn't talk to because he didn't feel so bad about the event.

The story is packed full of imagery and sensory details that make the story so much better. In all the author used a unique style of writing to portray the story.

I think that "This is What I Did" was an incredibly good book. I think this because it had many passages were I felt as though I was sitting beside the characters. Also the character development was great because Logan changes so much through out the book. At the beginning he didn't have any friends and wouldn't talk to anyone, but at the end he talked to people and had even made friends with Laurel.
