<title>It helps to differenciate a really good starting point for those new to reflection and they can also be done quickly, which is useful in many situations. Possible disadvantages of Gibbs&#39; model is that it may lead to superficial reflection, with less potential for personal or professional development.</title>

<title>There are 3 steps. Firstly a nurse may gather information about a patient eg health, needs, goals and capacity. 2nd use strategies that to help the patient with Thier own self care, 3rd the nurse will work directly with the patient to achieve these needs. </title>

<title>This process aims to help learners better their experience as it happens, as well as improving on themselves for future.Gibbs created a circle model whichs structured in phases. It breaks down the experience, allowing one to reflect upon their experiences as they happen. Gibbs states that by reflecting on your learning experience, it allows you to better your performance as it is happening, as well as improving it for the future. 22 Nov 2019</title>
