Project Description:

Board game idea: Create a large puzzle depicting a diverse group of children and families. Invite players to solve the puzzle together, emphasizing the importance of every puzzle piece fitting together to create a complete picture. Each puzzle piece symbolizes a family member, putting together to achieve a complete and loving family for a child, emphasizing how every child deserves a permanent family

Current Progress: 

We made a slideshow on our pitch proposal and also composed a script for our pitching to the Mothers choice organisation. We also have hosted a meeting with the organisation and have just gotten approval for our proposed design of making a puzzle to bring families together by showcasing it on one of their events.

29/2 current progress:

We have finished designing the two puzzles and also the leaflet. We will send the finished leaflet to Mother's Choice and seek more suggestions and advices from them. Afterwards we will order the puzzles online.

7/3 current progress:

We received feedback from Mother’s Choice on our leaflets and the designs of the two puzzles. Hence, we revised the designs and made changes accordingly. Afterwards, we presented the products to each other and had a mutual agreements on the finalised designs.

Current Progress:

We introduced our ideas of promoting Playright to the NGO, have gone to some field trips, and thought of some game ideas for the workshop

We have planned the games, sent email to the NGO for confirming the date of having the meeting, making the survey and editing the promotion video. We’re currently painting the eggs for children to play and post promotion poster.

We have set the game rules, design the poster, send another email to the NGO, had the meeting with them, done the survey and will send it by this week.

Project Description:

Invisible String Intergenerational Bonding Program

Through engaging activities such as clay making and painting for both juniors and seniors, we strive to build intergenerational connections and valuable bonds. We also encourage mutual understanding through ice-breaking activities such as storytelling. The workshops are all planned to go above and beyond the expectations of seniors by encouraging them to engage with teenagers, not only engaging among themselves.
