Matter: Non-conformity due to extra working hours.

The reason for this letter is to express my disagreement with the work days we have had lately. During the last 3 weeks our working hours have exceeded the time established by law, given that due to customer unavailability some deliveries have had to be postponed and it is not our fault.

That is why I very kindly request that the overtime you work be paid according to what the law decrees and that these inconveniences do not occur again with the clients because they are issues beyond our control.

I await your response and a resolution to my problem, since this has affected my health.
