Why This Bank: It's the bank my parents are with and I am now using that bank as well. I do not want to buy  a house right after college. I would prefer to rent with a roommate to save money. This condo is a really good deal because the rent price includes all utilities, electricity, water, and a two car garage. I think this condo is the best choice for me after college. It is a little more than 30%, but it includes everything I would need.
