         <description><![CDATA[<div>Like my lack of posts I have had on here, I also have kind of lost myself with my goal to workout daily. I have kept my diet fairly healthy (I haven't had fast food much, if at all) and I haven't been getting as stressed about certain things like I usually would. I have been in a funk the past few weeks and I haven't been able to bring myself out of it. I am working on getting back to my daily workouts, and I hope to start feeling like my normal self again. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>With it being so cold, it's so hard not to drink coffee or warm drinks all day. I have made it a goal of mine (since September) to drink 1/2 my weight in water everyday. For reasons like staying hydrated, helping my skin and trying to avoid unwanted migraines that I get often. I have been doing great with this goal for a few months now!&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
