         <description><![CDATA[<div>You have a conflict with a fellow volunteer. What can you do?<br><br>Volunteer: First, try to talk with the other volunteer. If doesn't work, let the coordinator and the mentor know about the situation.<br><br>Mentor: the mentor learn about the problems and speak with the volunteers, discuss with them the situation and give advices. inform the coordinator<br><br>Coordinator: Makes a meeting with all. Sets new rules for them. Warns them to behave better in the future.<br><br>Sending organisation: if there will be a case that even the coordinator couldn't solve, the sending organisations can support the volunteers.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Challenges<br>Volunteer: negative perception of the new shape of the Project.<br>Mentor: He/she supports the volunteer emotionally and try to find a way for the volunteer to adapt to the new shape.<br>Project coordinator: She/he can change the tasks or give other options as much as she/he can, to adapt the Project to the new situation.<br><br>6th Challenge<br>Volunteer: He/she would talk first with the fellow involved and, if it's not useful, he/she Will speak to the mentor about it.<br>Mentor: She/he would give the volunteer some tips about conflict management and assertive communication. She/he would support the volunteer and act as a moderator if the situation become a conflict.<br>Project coordinator: His/her intervention would not be neccesary if everything was solved already. <br><br>7th Challenge<br>Volunteer: He/she would talk about his/her feelings with the other volunteers and the mentor. Also, he/she would contact the sending organization to share the situation.<br>Mentor: he/she would give her/him emotional support and would contact with Management.<br>Project coordinator; she/he would discuss the problem with the volunteer and try to find a solution, and the ways to reach it.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
