https://deopurkar.github.io/teaching/algebra1/cheng.pdf
This first article is literally a guide to how to write proofs. It's 17 pages worth of helpful tips on places to start, ways of generating ideas, specific examples, and common errors that mathematicians make. This guide is the quintessential "how to" for mathematical theorems.

https://math.berkeley.edu/~hutching/teach/proofs.pdf
This second article is a bit different, but equally helpful. It's less of a "how to" guide and more of a "what is" guide. In this 27 page text, Michael Hutchings outlines types of proofs, the anatomy of a proof, exercises to help improve mathematical precision, and types of and ways of using logical frameworks. This provides a lot of the general background that makes the first article much more comprehensible.

https://sciencing.com/congruence-statement-7557531.html
Step by step how to for making proofs! Super easy to follow and a nice easy way into the labrynthine world of complex proofs.
