Next, production such as baking, packaging, and labeling are done by our production team which is our CEO with a little help from his family members. In the process, we decided to include the instruction on how to enjoy our product on the label on the packaging so it would be easy for customers to enjoy our product. For delivery, we didn’t use any courier service instead our team deliver it to the customers directly after freshly packed the orders.

He prepared all the orders with a little help from his family members, it took them only 3 hours to prepare 33 pieces of s’mores pie. All our products are produced at the premise which is our CEO’s house located at No. 67, Jalan Kampung Datu Baru, 96000 Sibu Sarawak. Most of his customers learned about his business through his mother and Instagram. Also, all the premium ingredients were purchased at Bake with Yen at an affordable price. Overall capital for raw materials is Rm70.35 which is quite alright considering the price becoming higher nowadays.
