Kaiser Wilhelm was the emperor of Germany during World War II. He was blame for a lot of conflict that Germany was part of because of the statements he made about other countries. There is even a rumor saying he started the war. A lot of his horrible behavior can have a lot to do with his childhood and relationships with others. He had many responsibilities like his family and being the ruler of  two countries. He was very smart to handle it but it all ended when he was forced to exile then end up dying. He had a big role in World War II even though he was hated a lot by others.

During birth delivery of Wilhelm, a doctor injured his left arm. There is an claim that his mother looked down on him because of the condition. He felt as a disappointment to his parents because he could not use the left arm, which was smaller than the other, to do simple things like write or cut. In a few years, Wilhelm attend the University of Bonn located in Germany. He was a very smart young with the fascination of science and technology, which he will soon use that knowledge to rule Germany.

Kaiser Wilhelm married his first wife, Princess Augusta Victoria, in 1881. They have seven children, one girl and six boys. Their daughter was a Princess of Prussia and sons were Princes of Prussia. Their oldest son, William, was the last Crown Prince of Prussia and Germany. Sadly, Wilhelm and his first wife marriage last until 1921, the year of her death.

He ended up signing a mobilization for Germany to declare war on two powerful countries-Russia and France. He had an alliance with the Ottoman Empire and Austria Hungary. He had a lot of pressure on him, especially from his generals, because he felt that at the end they will regret their decision. He tried to persuade a peace agreement among others but it was to late. In 1918, it was said that Germany lost the war and the war was over.

At age 31, he created a policy, "New Course", which meant he was the highest level of the hierarchy. He did not want anyone to be more powerful or higher than him. He caused Otto Bismarck to give up being the Iron Chancellor of German politics because of his policy. He created many enemies during his reign especially Britain. During an interview with The Daily Telegraph in 1908, he describe British people as mad Englishmen. Also he stated that most of Germany was opposed to Englishmen. This caused a lot of conflict for the Kaiser like being accused of being homosexual just to try to weaken his power. Many people accused him of weakening Germany and being the destruction of the country.

During the years there he dealt with the loss of his youngest son, who committed suicide, along with the death of his first wife. Luckily he ended up marrying his second wife, Hermine Reuss, in 1922. Because of the hatred the Germans and new Germany leader, Adolf Hitler had toward him he felt guilty of being a part of Germany. In the Netherlands, he acted as he was just a normal man. Suddenly on June 4, 1941, he died at the age of 82.
