Flyers will have a QR code to scan, leading them to a page explaining the purpose of the group and how to sign up. The group will be emailed weekly reminders about the say and time of the group to ensure attendance. Everyone viewing the flyers is encouraged to spread the word to reach as many people in the community as possible. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Students will sign up for the group and be prompted to fill out a survey. The survey will be confidential, but will identify the individuals' ability to participate in a group setting. Once members have filled out the survey, they will have a phone interview to address the purpose of the group and ensure they are ready and willing to participate in all meetings. The rules of the group will be explained and they will be allowed to ask questions if needed. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This group will consist of members who have similar adverse childhood experiences. This can help members bond, but only if they are able to instill trust and communication.&nbsp;<br>Stage one will help the members build trust and open up to one another. No member will be required to participate more than they want, but will be encouraged to get to know the other members and establish common ground. This common ground will lead to a relationship with the group and remind the group that it is a safe space. The leader of the group will help members feel comfortable and help create goals for the members to achieve throughout the meetings.&nbsp;<br>Stage two will follow lessons and activities to continue to nurture the trust built in the group. Members will be asked to voice their thoughts and emotions regularly, participate in activities, and focus on their goals in the group.&nbsp;<br>Stage three will focus on the progress of each member and how they can apply what they have achieved in the group to the outside world. Members will be asked to discuss how they feel about their own progress and others. Members will be asked to support one another and encourage themselves and others to continue with their progress outside the group. Members will be reminded the all information inside the group is confidential, but that they are free to refer back to the leader and continue to find new ways to learn and grow. </div>]]></description>
