         <description><![CDATA[<div>T<strong>he court decided he had to turn in the tapes that were subpoenaed. The court held that high level communications without more evidence does not qualify as a national threat , executive privilege does not qualify in this situation. He had fair due process of the law. President Nixon had to turn in the tapes from the oval office and resigned shortly after the case was closed.</strong></div>]]></description>
