2) you have no or very little teaching experience and you think it would be a good idea for you to start giving lessons by conducting simulated lessons just for your peer teacher students first. 

The idea of simulated lesson is as follows: A group of teacher students gather together in a classroom (or online) and give lessons to each other. (You can choose any topic to your lesson.)  One of them is giving a lesson and others take student's role. After each lesson there is feedback session. At the moment there are three schools I have in mind from where to ask and I'm continually searching for more options... My best likely hood of attaining a teacher placement  will be with the school I've been contract teaching for since 2011.

2. I teach now, and most probably will be teaching in spring 2012 4 hour/week in the community college. I wonder how can I use this for my teaching practice?!

3. Simulated lessons are my third option. However, when I read the instructions it looks like it is going to be the most time consuming. However, I want to move away from traditional university teaching and make new connections during my practice.

I have a preliminary idea for a course on gender and diversity in organisations, so I will flesh that out and contact business schools/AMK to see if I would be able to teach something along those lines in the spring or autumn.

I will also like to do a few simulated lessons in the spring to make sure I tick off some of the observations and peer feedback.
