         <description><![CDATA[<div>The way that I ensure to avoid burnout is that I try to leave work at a reasonable time. I get in my car and I take the long way home while I decompress and listen to an audible romance book. Sometimes instead of listening to my books, I call on of my good friends and self reflect on certain situations in my day. After most conversations, if I was feeling weighed down, I'm more at ease. On the weekends I do try to get together with past colleagues and we have our cafécito and chisme together or other times we go and get pedicure.  Many times after listening to my friends and their experiences, I feel like I'm not alone.  It's like when mother's get to share their experiences with other mothers and you sit there relieved that you're not the only one going through this.</div>]]></description>
