         <description><![CDATA[<div>Something that was not mentioned since this book deals with just the economical growth comparison in New York is migration. It however mentions that the job market is filled with the younger generation, which is a change prior to our 2008 recession. However, apart of the younger generation being able to expand the job market is due to migration, either from immigrants, or internally persons leaving small towns out of state for a better salary and a change of scenery. </div>]]></description>
