*In the week 3 one of the most important that I learned from the webinar is that when you are working together with your co-workers you have to treat them as a human person not as a machine because they also have feelings. And I realized in the webinar that leadership and being humble are very important in interacting with the people in the place of your job.
*In the week 4 there is a quote that I really like that says "It will be a long journey but in the end it will be all worth it." the quote made me realized that life won’t always give a smooth and easy journey. We would often encounter difficulties 
along the way. But no matter how hard it may seem, we must not give up. We need to keep 
going until we reach our goals. There will be challenges that seem impossible to overcome, 
but with a little patience you’ll soon discover a way to solve them. And in the next session the speaker I really like was Engr. Nesha Deocampo because she is an ECE or Electric and Communication Engineer Hearing her talking about being an ECE makes me 
more inspired to really achieve my dream of becoming an engineer.
