Custard fruit tarts

i baked custard fruit tarts. i struggled with the tart shell at first because of its weird texture and pungent smell. it is also fragile and breaks easily, so i had to be gentle. eventually, after many failed attempts, i managed to get the instant dough in the shell nicely. aside from that, the process was fairly easy for me. i enjoyed plating the tarts the most as it was a opportunity for me to display my aesthetic judgement. The tart shell was a little hard but the custard was sweet and the acidity of the fruits balanced the flavours. overall, i had a lot of fun baking the fruit tarts!

Pancakes

i made pancakes. at first, i had set the fire too high and i burnt a few pancakes. i struggled with evenly distributing the batter to make the pancakes even. after much trial and error, i succeeded in making proper pancakes. i enjoyed the process and refused to give up. i learnt alot from this experience and i would definitely try making pancakes again!

Fruit cookies

i baked fruit cookies. i tried a new recipe, and i struggled a bit as it is not the recipe i usually use. i mainly struggled with evenly distributing the fruits evenly among the cookies. i had a lot of fun and it ended up tasting a lot better than i anticipated.

Chocolate chip

i baked chocolate chip cookies. i used my regular recipe. i have made this many times and i had a lot of fun as always. i struggled a bit with baking it to just the right doneness, but it was successful for the most part.
