The earths habitants were separated into three groups. The Mann, The Inner Party, and The Workers.

All Inner Party members were relocated to Europe to live. (only %5 of the population) They all got to live in mansions and there dream houses. The Mann established this living situations in order to keep the Inner Party from discovering the living conditions of the Working class.
