As such, he maintains responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and reports on general program performance to senior management. Currently overseeing a team of four engineers and three data analysts, Macmichael Nwaiwu previously functioned as a project engineer in drilling and completions with Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. While working directly with clients, he offered recommendations on services and solutions based on the circumstances at hand. Macmichael Nwaiwu launched his career with Addax Petroleum, where he helped design cost-effective and reliable wells. His responsibilities also included coordinating the well handover process between operations and rig personnel and handling rig-based and rigless workovers. He has also worked at Pinnacle Advanced Reliability Technologies as a mechanical integrity project manager.
