 Among the reasons for bullying in schools are the desire to want to be more popular, to feel powerful, to get a good self-image or even to discount anger and other negative feelings. All these reasons lead a child or teenager to become an author of repeated humiliations or deprecations to colleagues.
Usually, they are people who can not see the suffering of the other and who are satisfied with the oppression of the victim. Many people imagine that they do this because of some personality disorder and that they will never change. Indeed, many authors of bullying can grow up imagining that these attitudes are normal and continue doing so in the professional arena as well. However, it is important to know that with due attention, they can understand that what they do is wrong and change their attitude in time.
