 Joe Manko cares about his students. He believes that if they have someone who believes in them they will be more likely to succeed. He also greets students with a hug and an "I love you" every morning. He makes sure the students know that when they walk through the door, the school is not only a place of high expectations but a place of peace, freedom, and love.
